The software is available for free download for personal use only. The software packages may not be redistributed in any way, commercially, or non-commercially. If you wish to redistribute "My Movies" along with a magazine or similar, please contact us to be granted the rights to do so.
System Builders and System Integrators can pre-install "My Movies" by joining the System Builder program, which requires specific licensing files. If a System Builder is found to be pre-installing My Movies without being signed up to the System Builder program, the signup fee will be doubled, and the System Builder will be required to pay for all installations made. My Movies is not freely available for commercial use, and we will persue our rights.
