Hello,
I have around 11.000 points, I just changed from PC to Mac, I also have another mail address on the Mac..
I contributed a description (using my movies for Mac free), and it gave me 0 points and 0 bonus why???.
By the way I authenticated as my user (Paulon) on my Mac.
Question: Will I be able to use all the features on the free Mac version??(2500 points needed for that).

regarding not getting points, what specific title, please? barcode, country.
It can happen in for a few different reasons.

Well, you wouldn't have got bonus points for sure, as you must complete the title to 100% for that. It is only 88% currently. Are you sure it did not give you points for adding the description? Notice, contribution points are not added to your account immediately.

When my contribution finished it was shown a window saying "bonus points 0 and contribution points 0" or something like that. Anyway it was 0 points in both of them.

sounds weird. I don't use the Mac version so am not very familiar with it. To be honest, I would wait and see if your balance increases in the next 6 hours. It could just be a bad response, where the WebService still properly registers the correct amount to award when it tallies things up.

I can see you contributed three times to that title.
First time, it had a +15 complete update, which would give points.
But for the next two, you would have gotten the 0 message.

The problem was that from the first time I contributed, I got a message with 0 points so I tried again.
Anyway two questions:
1.- if I keep contributing now from my mac with a different mail account (my job mail) will the system recognize that Its me the one who is contributing???
2.- Can I use all the features in my movies for mac free?
