I keep getting an error saying Web Server Error: Username and Password cannot be verified - So now it is worthless unless I can get this fixed, I cannot see find any place where I can talk to technical support, I feel I just waisted my money on this. I also just loaded it on my I-phone 4S.

when you created your account did you verify it? i recall there is a e-mail you get.
if you can't get on i am sure you can be helped. there are many listings of the support details on the site.

Log out, and log back in.
This occurs if you have had your password changed, such as when using the lost account function.
