I can get intros to ork on my HTPC, but not on my XBOX, can they work on XBOX? How?

Make sure you have turned them on for the Extender session. Go into Collection Management on the Media Center machine, go to settings, and select the Extender in the drop down list. Then you can change whatever settings you want for it, separate from the Media Center settings.
