My initial install of mm whs was 2.0. I installed 2.10 and all is fine. Or so I thought.

I've install new fresh installs of 2.10 rather than upgrading and see an extra tab on the dashboard for online collection. I dont see this on an upgraded version. I've also installed 2.11 PR3 and still dont get the extra tab.

The fresh installs arent registered users, they're using our installer licenses. Every things works on the upgraded install I just dont see the extra tab.

any ideas?

If I do a complete uninstall and reinstall will I keep the database? I've 1200 titles I dont want to lose? Do I need to backup the database and restore afterwards?

will an uninstall scrap the library
