When importing Season 1 of Burn Notice, it gets broken into 2 entries of Discs 1 & 2 and the other entry of Discs 3 & 4 rather than making one entry for the entire season Also, title listing for disc 2 doesn't seem to coincide with what is actually on the disc. Episode 5 gives me the same clip of directors talking over the show no matter what title I pick on the track/episode listing section.

1. What version of My Movies are you running? Support is only provided for the latest version of MM. 4.03PR3 2. What operating system are you running (VISTA, VISTA SP1, MCE 2004, MCE 2005 or something else)? Windows 7 Ultimate 3. Are you on a X86 or X64 version of Windows, or is this a extender (if so which one)? X64 4. What versions of .NET Framework do you have installed (Just because you have 2.0 does not mean you do not need 1.1, they run side/by/side)? .NET 1.1 and 2.0 5. What security software suite do you have installed (Zone Alarm, McAfee, Symantec, One Care, etc.)? Avast 6. Is your machine fully up-to date with all Microsoft provided patches, specifically Media Center related ones? all updates have been applied 7. What part of My Movies are you having problems with, Collection Manager or My Movies? My Movies 8. What are the EXACT steps you followed to re-produce the problem? For example did you start Media Center from the Start Menu or from within Media Center, and once in Media Center what EXACTLY did you select step by step and what did you see. Not applicable

You cannot use folder monitor or import for multiple disc sets. Please keep these in a separate path and manually add them to avoid this behavior.
Once you have this set up properly, we can go on to your next issue, OK?

Season 2 is doing it as well. cyberlinkDVD tells me what title each episode is, but when I go to edit chapters, the titles don't coincide with what is on the DVD.

It is not possible to get duplicates of the exact same title if you are adding manually from the "add titles" screen by Title or Barcode search. According to your first post, you are importing. Getting multiple profile entries for the same title is typical of what happens when using folder import or folder monitor on multiple disc sets. You should remove them from your collection and add them using the barcode so that you only have one entry for each title. Make sure the paths to the disc folders are all set correctly (the folder just above "VIDEO_TS", and not the "VIDEO_TS" folder itself).

I am saying the Titles in the Edit episodes section don't match what is on the disc. The folders are mapped fine. I have a VIDEO_TS folder in separate folders for each disc. I don't have this problem with other TV shows which are setup the exact same way.

Quote:When importing Season 1 of Burn Notice, it gets broken into 2 entries of Discs 1 & 2 and the other entry of Discs 3 & 4 rather than making one entry for the entire season[ What is this about, then? It sounds like you didn't expect 2 entries... Anyway if you aren't concerned with that, then let's look at the mapping. First, confirm that the disc ID's of each disc are the same. The easiest way to do this is to make the disc double sided, and click the notepad icon in the Side B section, so you can compare the existing disc ID to your disc. If the episodes were mapped from different discs, then the mappings could be wrong for your discs. If they are the same discs, then for each disc, play each episode and write down which title/chapter is played according to your player's information window. Confirm in the episode editor that the title/chapter corresponds to the correct episode. If the title/chapter on the discs are wrong, then re-map, save. Restart WMC. Try playing episodes through WMC to see if the correct episodes on the effected discs play. If it continues to play the wrong content, then the problem can be a disc that is incompatible with this feature due to how it was mastered.
