I noticed that my video converter hadn't been doing any work lately. I checked out the log and saw that it was not processing a certain movie. I suspect it has something to do with the characters in the folder name, but I haven't traced it that far to be certain. I do know that when I canceled this conversion in the queue, it immediately started working on the next movie. The log is attached. -Dan File Attachment(s):

Can I get you to clear the log, stop the video converter and start it again?
Then post the log.
That way, we are sure which title it stalls on.

That is almost exactly what I did with the log that I already attached. The only difference is that I stopped the converter, then cleared the log, and started it again. Then I found the video that was listed in the log (Cars Toons - Mater's Tall Tales [Blu-ray]), canceled it in the queue, and immediately the next movie started converting. So, I think the log that I already posted should be good. If I need to recreate it, I would have to clear the entire queue and readd it. I could do that, but I really don't want to since I have LOTS of movies in the queue.

Perfect.
As long as we know that is it, we can look at it.

Hi djsecrist, I just looked through your log, and I know now where the problem is, however to find the best solution it would be a great help, if I could get you to send us your database. You can read here how to do it: http://kb.mymovies.dk/KnowledgebaseArticle50031.aspxbest regards, Rasmus

I have made a fix for this now, which will be in the next pre release. It is a quick fix, that will fail the conversion of the disc, instead of going into a loop.
A better solution should be possible, however it is a solution that takes longer to implement, and it will therefore have to wait a little time.
thank you for the database, it did make me wiser :)

You are welcome! Thanks for the great support and for implementing something quickly. I have hit another title that has the same issue and am going to update to the latest pre-release right now.

Just a little check up, have you seen this problem since the update of the pre release?

I haven't had the converter turned on for a few weeks, but it seemed to be working much better when I did had it on. It wasn't getting stuck.
