I cannot find anything on this in the forums but I'm guessing its somethign I've overlooked. VirtualCloneDrive is installed and could not find any way of configuring anything relevant. I checked AnyDVD* and the Blu-Ray/HD section is locked out where it cannot be modified. The ISO (in this case X-Men 2) is present at 40gb so I'm guessing the ntire movie was in fact copied however the conversion chose an intro track??

Any ideas what direction I need to go in to track this down?

Homeserver 2011 - SP1
AnyDVD* HD 7.0.4.0
VirtualCloneDrive 5.4.5.0

Try to post a log of where the conversion starts - you can clear the log, and simply re-add it to queue.

Thanks for replying. I feel like a goober after wandering across the problem. I've had AnyDVD* since 2006. I never knew I needed to upgrade my license for Blu-Ray/HD version as I've always been able to install that with no warnings. Hence the goober... It makes sense huh? After upgrading my license everything works perfectly across all Blu-Rays I've tried.

I do want to say that this is one of those rare apps that does way more than you could ever hope it would do. It is awesome to see that some people feel compelled to do the job thoroughly and right! It is worth every penny!
