Ok, without getting into too many details, my HTPC has recently been pronounced DOA. It has yet to be determined if it was by natural causes or something more sinister and the investigation is on-going.

In any event, I'm shallow and won't let it's death cloud my life for long so I am in need of a new motherboard and power supply. I have listed all of my spare parts that I have availible to build a new HTPC with minimum expense. I do not want to buy anything I do not need.

As for uses, I use my HTPC to watch cable thru my ATI CableCard, watch ripped DVD's and ripped BlueRay's located on my local server, listen to music located on the same local sever and watch NetFlix. Obviously, a gigabit LAN is a must. I have a nMedia HTPC 6000 case so either ATX or micro-ATX motherboard and ATX power supply. Also, I have it connected to a 60" Plasma 1080p. I would prefer to pipe my audio thru the HDMI cable (if you want to get technical it's actually a DVI-to-HDMI cable but it still carries digital audio so I'm still calling it an HDMI cable, which makes this long sentence pointless but since your reading it anyway it doesnt really matter so blah blah blah... I'm done rambling now... please continue reading the important information below...)

So, please take a look at the CPUs and Video Cards listed below and let me know which CPU and video card will work the best and ofcourse recommend a motherboard to connect them all too. Again, the parts listed below are on-hand and I would prefer to use them and buy a motherboard and power supply to match than to buy all new everything. I will not be overclocking anything so please base your recommendations off stock specs. Since the parts listed have no other real purpose, I'd rather have power to spare than to ever see any gittery images.
