hi, I have two problems. 1) i have a probem with the backup. I have put the version 4.03 to 2 pc. i took a backup from 1 pc to put it to another one & before the end it says that an error occured & the backup is not restored. 2) the second problem is with the synchronize. It says that some chenges have been made and it must synchronize. he finds that some titles has been added to the online collections and although i try to synchronize he makes the synchronization but at the end the collection at the pc is the same. The above problems are to one of the 2 pc. the other one has not a problem (but this pc is only for backup). I tried to unistal the program but when i install it it shows the previous list of titles & has the same problems. Also i would like to ask if my personal changes to a movie is making changes to my online collection. File Attachment(s):

If the changes are to the personal data section then yes it will be updated to your online collection, if the changes are to the general data then this will only be updated if you contribute the changes to the webservice, obviously to do that you must make sure your changes are valid.

At the end of a backup, it prompt for UAC access to connect the database.
If that is not confirmed within 30 seconds, then this error occurs.
Are you sitting by the machine when it restores, so that you see this?

i have sit in front of the computer to see what you have told me but when the backup end it says only that backup has ended

i tried also to uniistall 4.03 & put 4.02 version but it says thatmy database is in newer version |& it doesn't open the 4.02 version.
Is there a way to work the 4.02 version to both pcs.
