Three Discs

Best Way to RIP so that they show up as a boxed set of three discs listing the episodes. Want to rip as ISO (don't mind selecting episodes from the menu).

What is the recommended way to RIP this to a NAS device? Should I use My Movies? Should I use AnyDVD* directly? How to make this show up properly in My Movies? Will it show up under Movies or Television? How to select each disc individually from within My Movies?
