Hello,

Before doing mistakes and work for nothing I would appreciate a moderator's confirmation on how to proceed with the following boxset.

This boxset is a combination of all the cases descibed in the Boxset Contribution guide.

The main boxset (3344428037994 - Prison Break) is a container of 10 keepcases containing a total of 23 Blu-rays. I've updated the existing main title just like I understood it should be:
- Title has been defined as a boxset
- No crew, no actors, no genres, ...
- The 23 disc-ids have been added to the main profile
- IMDb tt0000000

Keep Case 1

The first keepcase contains the whole season 1 (6 disks), and has its own scan code (3344428030124). The title already exists, and is not defined as a boxset (to my understanding it should) and should follow the rules of a boxset (regarding the fields to be left as empty). All the 6 disks have been added to the profile, which seems to be correct to me.

First question: What IMDb should contain this title? IMDb of Prison Break Season 1 or tt0000000 as this is a boxset?

Second question: except that the title should be corrected to comply with the rules of a boxset, should I create a new title for every single disc (6) which is contained in this boxset and contribute each sub title with the following data:
- Scan code 000000000000
- Cover art of the main title (Keep case 1)
- Crew, Actors, release date (of the main title : Keep Case 1), production year, ...
- IMDb of Prison Break Season 1

Keep Cases 2 ->9

Keepcases 2 to 9 have no scan codes and every keepcase is a set of 2 discs. Keepcases 2 to 4 contain season 2, keepcases 5 & 6 contain season 3 and keepcases 7 to 9 contain season 4.

Third Question: Am I right if I proceed like this:
If not existing in the Webservice, I contribute every keepcase as a boxset (every keepcase contains 2 discs) with the following data:
- IMDb tt0000000
- The cover of the boxset itself
- no crew, no actors, and empty fields where needed in case of boxsets
- add the 2 discs to the boxset
- ...

Then I create a single sub title for each of the discs contained in every keepcase with the following data:
- IMDb of the right season
- Crew and actors
- Cover of the keepcase in which the disc is contained
- And fill in all the fields

Keep Cases 10

This keep case has its own scan code (334442838274) and contains only one disc, so I've no question for this one. I assume that I have to submit it as a normal title.

Hoping not to be confused throughout my explanation ... Wink

TV series are not considered box sets in the same sense, not when all the contents are the same TV series. Thus, you use the IMDb ID of whole series, include actors, crew, etc. just like contributing a regular title.

You can create profiles for each keep case that does not have a real barcode, using the generic barcode "000000000000". However, do not create subtitles for each individual disc in addition to that.
