When i edit a title in MM for Mac OS X (i use version 1.11), an unwanted 'watched by' entry is created. You can delete this, but it isn't gone after saving. It only affects personal titles.

You can fix it by using the iPad-App and delete the entry. After synchronizing the entry also is gone in the Mac-Version.

Is it a bug? Or is it my fault?

This looks like a bug.

I will have the team investigate when they get into tomorrow, and then reply back.

This have been resolved for the next release.
