Hi,

My database will no longer synchronise. I was in the process of loading all my titles into the DB.

Using My Movies Pro (v1.11) on Mac OS X (10.7.3)
Error message received: Web Service Error - Invalid Server Response

Using My Movies for iPad Pro (1.82) on iPad 2 (iOS 5.1)
Error message received: Synchronization Error - Can't load title data


I had a couple of contributed titles declined today due to barcode problems (I have realised my error with these and will not resubmit in the same manner), and the synchronisation problem occurred after the second title was submitted. I don't know if this is the reason or a co-incidence, as I am loading a large number of title into my DB.

Please can someone advise me how to resolve the issue?
