I just noticed the following in the documentation:
Quote:- Image/icon files can now have also special extensions .djpg, .dbmp, .dpng
(helpful e.g. to allow Movie Collections PC applications to prevent
indexing of the files by OS for better performance).
meaning that all the Background.jpg files generated by MyMovies can be renamed to Background.djpg to prevent, for example, Windows to cache the thumbnails.
I would love to see this tweak applied in a future version of MyMovies as I'm sure there are far greater use cases for this than just the thumbnail thing.
