I'm trying to contribute a dvd with this barcode: 043396398023 (Underworld Awakening). When I insert the disk, it says title unknown If I enter it in "add titles", there is no response from the webservice. I've also tried the disc ID it returns unknown. I manually added the cover, audio, disc, the works and try to contribute, but I receive "Another title already exists with that barcode in that country". File Attachment(s):

Theres something funny going on with that title, if you try adding by barcode the box goes green so MM recognises the barcode but nothing actually appears in the search results box. Seems as if the code is on the service but no profile is actaully saved to the code?

Exactly! I was concerned that there was something wrong with my computer or connection or something. Now I know that the problem is not mine alone.

I suspect it's just a glitch or maybe a data input error, if a mod can find the barcode and delete it so you can contribute a new functioning and complete profile that would probably fix it.

Brian has looked at it briefly and didn't see anything, but said he would give it a closer look later.
We will not delete it unless it can't be fixed. I have a guess of what the cause is but don't have the resources to check it myself.
Whatever the problem is, it is not preventing the title from being added from mobile. If you have My Movies for Android or iOS, try adding it from there and then synchronize.

Scanned with IOS. Worked like a charm. Collection up-to-date. Thank you and everyone out there following the Forum.You all provide a valuable and much needed service.
