Good evening
I´m from Germany and my english is not very good.
I have installed a fresh WHS 2011 and My Movies for WHS 2011
I've installed it and have installed SQL and Media Encoder. Also, the red fox is installed too but no matter what DVD I put in the DVD Rom it doesn´t copies them.
Where is my problem?

I have 2500 point because i´m using the request trial and in mm settings 2500 points displayed.

Ok.
If you remote into your machine using Remote Desktop, does the disc show in your drive in My Computer when inserted?

Yes, when i insert a disc, the rom play the disc and i see it in My Computer.

If you right click the Fox ( AnyDVD*) does it allow you to Rip? Either as Video DVD to Hard Disk or Rip to Image. Just trying to eliminate AnyDVD* as the issue.

A small remark:
I have a fully registered red fox hd license and in the red fox my rom is detected.

Ok guys, the error is so simple that I'm ashamed to post it  The chipset driver was not installed properly. WHS 2011 hardware manager told me that all drivers are installed, but it was not well. Now it works fine and i wish you a very nice day. best regards
