Hi, I understand that the other Versions of MyMovies understand Box Set Nesting. Are there any plans to add this feature to the OS X Version as well and of course the magic question - when approximately? Thanks!

It is only the PC version that has it presently. Yes, it will come to Mac, and then to mobile. That has been the plan all along and mentioned in past requests.
I have no first hand knowledge of what kind of progress the Mac developers have made, sorry. All I can say is it will be released when we're sure it's ready. It's not simply making the box sets and child profiles display in a neat UI, but many background tasks and contribution functions, and they all must play nice together and work properly.

Thanks, that's good to hear. Well, i'll just keep fingers crossed and look for updates in the Mac App Store. :)

To my knowledge no version gives deep nesting (Box Set inside Box Set) unless that's been changed. The new v1.30R2 (beta) for Mac OSX Lets you enter child profiles for movies. It requires a couple of steps to install and you can't use 1.22 without a rebuild, but join in on the testing :-)
