I'm running 5.24 and even though the converted file mp4 is located on the server the iPad says there are no supported file types. When I try to Add to Video Converter it prompts that "There is already a job from the path of the disc". I didn't waste time to convert.
Is there a place where I can verify what the path and filename are for both of the video conversions I have automatically setup?
I'll attach a log from where I hit Play Directly on the iPad.
Thanks!

File Attachment(s):
log.txt (24kb) downloaded 4 time(s).

I've had this problem forever where the DB forgets the mobile location.

You'll have to open the disc properties in CM and click on the mobile path dialog and re-enter the path.

I've had to setup a nightly process on the server to stop and restart the MyMovies SQL instance so that everything in memory gets flushed to the database.

Everytime I've tried to bring this to the attention of the developers it can't be reproduced. or I've edited the field before they can actually see the change that it was done before. I've provided a lot of data to support that the Sync is removing data or updating to empty/null values but I keep getting a resounding no.

FYI: I concede that i may give incorrect feedback, but I will try to be accurate as possible

Thanks. I didn't realize what that little icon was by Discs.
It seems to know that I converted it. Is there a way to populate the file names from that data?

don't have to use the file name, just the path to it.

no, its data in a different table, hence why I think the sync is updating to empty/null values.

The problem for us here is that we cannot reproduce it, and then we cannot fix it.

The only way of proceeding with this is that it can be reproduced - it is very likely that the sync process can in some situations clear this info if the info was not uploaded correct in the first place, but we cannot see without a specific process on how it occurs.

I can say for sure though that there is no such thing as flushing things to the database - restarting that will not affect anything.
