Hello there,

I'm new to this program on windows. I thought out to try the disc copy function on the My movies dashboard.

And the movie got to 99% then I got this error as the title of this post.

I have not changed any settings yet , except from.. Tick the allowance box to enable copying. And download the AnyDVD* from settings.

I do not have a trial key or a purchased key for AnyDVD*.
Any reason fo the error?

My library was not fully synced either, when I tried this.

Hope someone can help me with the issue.
