I have a new title (about 2 weeks old) that I scanned with the mobile app and was not found in the data base. I made the title in my collection filled out 90% of the data and submitted it. "Title was already found in database for selected country with that barcode" and the submission was rejected. I scanned it again with the mobile app and title was not found for my country. Is this Schrödinger's title? It exists and it doesn't exist at the same time? Photo of back cover included.
