Zip file of the backup database has been uploaded to the above site you sent. Weird thing is it shows my one drive account which only has like 1.09gb free!

Is anyone monitoring my posts??!!!! I have STILL NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER!! Have you received my database backup? Did you find anything wrong with it like you thought? How do I fix my problem? What was suggested has NOT worked.

Still no response from you! Any update? Is there a fix available? I was holding off on upgrading most of my machines due mainly to mediacenter and your application. Since I can't fix it, and am not getting any response. I will be forced to not use it. If I do that, I might as well give up on mediacenter and move on to Windows 10. Didn't want to do that. Please help!

Almost another full week with no response. Please help!! Did you ever get my database backup that I uploaded a few times now? How do I fix my problem with the database? Have tried creating a new one so not sure that I agree with you. I think is a bug as have tried to recreate a new database with multiple versions of My Movies now.

I am still awaiting a reply from my posts. I wonder if I need to just stop trying to update this and find another product that I can count on. Have tried to stick it out for years, but months with no response??!!! From one former Microsoftie to another.....I know you can do better....Just saying!
