I have been having trouble with my client version of Collection Manager not wanting to save the meta-data to the movie folder so I thought I'd give the collection manager on the server a try but it is refusing to open. I have tried reinstalling and rebooting but neither will allow the collection manager open on the server. I can open it on any of the client computers but like I said, the clients aren't wanting to save the meta-data when saving after directing them. Yes, I have used the "save meta-data" button and while that does work, it takes about 2-3hrs to save all the meta-data including adding it to the MP4 as well.

How did you "clean the db"?
Do you mean "optimize db"

I did the Optimize DB from my remote computer. The server is now trying to load Collection Management but it is stuck on the splash screen
