For the past few days, the app has been stuck in an endless loop of needing to Sync. I can't even do anything until it syncs. No matter how many times I sync, it tells me I need to sync, and it's always for 43 profiles. Sometimes if I disable and force close the app it will fix the issue, but it keeps recurring. This both on the mobile version and the tablet version.

I have added some logging on the service for your account.

Please reproduce and let me know when you started the sync, and when it ended, in which time zone.

Then I can see which profile types it queries.

Okay tried it right now I got synchronized at 11/25/2022 21:28:05

Then started the sync just now and it finished in a few seconds at 11/26/2022 00:19:12 and my time zone is Eastern Standard Time
Time zone in Toronto, ON (GMT-5)

It hasn't been happening as often, so it took me a bit to report, but it's still happening.

Not sure if you're still investigating, but I just ran into again where I remembered to record the time. 11/29/2022 23:03:04

Have synched 44 titles, 5 times in a row before the system released it, allowing me to make any changes to the collection.

There are so many things in the logs that it is extremely difficult to determine.

Let me understand it correct though - all works well, until there are some changes to your collection on another platform, then it syncs these same titles, and it continues to for a certain number of retries, and then settles in?

It would be awesome if we could find a time to investigate this together, as I can clear the log on the service, reset your sync time on the service, so that the device thinks it is out of sync - then it should do the full sync without updating any titles.

But no, this happens even when there are no changes made. Sometimes I'm just opening the app up to check something or add a log and it will do this.

Absolutely. I won't have access to my computer during the day, but I can troubleshoot anything on my phone.
