Hi,
I'm new to my movie on windows. Have been usig the app för android and thought it would be nice to enter the collection on my computer as well.
installed version 4.07 but having trouble. (Maybe wrong version)...
when starting the program I got the message that the program can not connect to the database server. I've tried to reinstall but same message.
Thanks for help in advance.

My Movies 4.07 is an older version of the software that's no longer supported. As a result, some manual intervention is required during the installation process in order for the application to successfully download and install the SQL databae. See my post here. It's also important to note that My Movies 4.07 is no longer able to download profile data from the My Movies online server. As such, you won't have the ability to download your collection that you presently enjoy on the Android app. You'd also have to create all your titles locally within the Collection Management application. That being said, the latest version of My Movies is fully supported and can be found here. It's the clear choice in your case considering you're already using the mobile app.
