Hello,
installation of My Movies 5.41 Pre Release 5 leads to unusage MyMovies.
Installation of the clientsoftware on different maschines leads to the "Unable to launch "My Movies Start Menu Strip 1" -Error Message.
Update with or without uninstallation of clientsoftware breaks usability.
Update from 5.2.5.100 -> 5.4.1.5 "BREAK"
Update from 5.4.0.100 -> 5.4.1.5 "BREAK"
Reverted to 5.2.5.100, Yes Movielibraryy can be startetd, but cannot connect to server, cause version missmatch.

Client Maschine 1:
Windows 10 LTSC 2019, latest M$-Update with pre-MyMovies 5.4.0.100
Client Maschine 2:
Windows 10 LTSC 2019, last M$-Update from 05.10.2021 with pre-MyMovies 5.2.5.100
Sooo, Installation of 5.4.1.5 breaks my MyMovies Installation Setup.
Any hints?

Hi @all,
make sure you have a valid backup of your database, then...
Un-Install 5.41 Client & Server, Install "old" 5.40 Version in Server & Client and do a recovery of your "old" 5.40 database ... system running up ....

Having The Same Problem On A Fresh Install Of Windows Server 2023 Windows Server Essentials Dashboard Wont Start Just Hanges There For Ever This My First Time Installing This A Have Owned It For

The pre release have a problem with server essentials. We have been unable to locate the issue, and we are not sure if it ends up in us locating the problem, or deprecating the support for server essentials all together. The installs we have made on an evaluation OS on a virtual machine won't install the essentials role, and we are therefore a bit stuck. You are writing Windows Server 2023 - is the latest not 2022?

It sounds like an installation error to be honest. A SCreenshot, yes I have to search for it, can' remember where I saved it.
