Hi all,
I'm trying to create a movie collection and I can't upload the poster, I always get the message "the image type is invalid" (same for background images). I've read the guide but I can't figure out where I'm wrong, since if I use the same image as a movie poster it's accepted. Can anyone tell me what the image should look like?

I had the same issue last night trying to contribute 2 different Collection Posters. File format is correct and dimensions (aspect ratio) are per guidelines, but I got the same error message. Not sure what is happening.
Running Windows 5.41 PR 5.

Bumping this to the top of the list. I am still having this problem contributing Collection Posters.
Still getting the error message "the image type is invalid". Just created a new collection that was accepted in the system and tried to contribute artwork and got the message again.
Running Windows 5.41 PR5
I can provide a log file if needed, but this issue never seemed to be resolved the first time around.
