Why do some of my box sets only count as 1 title in my collection and if I search up an individual title from the set it does not appear? On the other hand some of my other sets count as multiple movies and if I search individual titles from the set they do appear.

It is telling me that to create a box set I need to delete the genres. How do I go about doing this?
