Can`t open PDF Report or Online Collection

Hello,

im using mymovies Windows & Android and i cant create a PDF-Report. In Windows I start the App "collection Manangement" it opened an extra Window and keeps loading there forever. In the mobile version it shows me a blank page.

I tried viewing my Online Collection with http://c.mymovies.dk/"myusername" it keeps loading there aswell nothing showing up (windows and mobile)

I just wanna share my full collection with another person with PDF or Online View

We have a PHP process that at some times goes wild without us knowing why.
