I know this is beyond MyMovies support, but I'm frustrated that I am unable to get my Dune player able to open movie folder on my Qnap NAS after moving to a new home/new network. It is unable to login to the NAS devices or see the folders. I can access the NAS with Win10 file explorer, and log into the Qnap admin menu with browser.

Have tried everything I can think of, and now wondering if there is another movie player that I could use to access all my stored movie files with the TV. Thanks for any suggestions!

After much frustration, I bought the Dune HD SmartBox 4K Plus II

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B3DY7ZQ9?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Did a new install, and it works with my new LAN Network and Qnap nas devices. It also has a feature in firmware of being able to reset to factory which previous model did not have.

I'm just posting this for fellow Dune users who may run into this same problem.
