Please try to search for the title again later, and if it still is unavailable, you can try to contribute again, in case the contribution currently in queue was declined. So I guess either someone else has uploaded it (5060797570068, UK, The Good Place: The Complete Series) or my contribution actually sent even though the app didn't seem to work

I can't comment on the contribution issue but as this appears to be a TV series and all one show it should not be a box set anyway. You would contribute it as a single item, if it has sub cases for individual seasons for example those just wouldn't be used.

I've been having an issue for some time where attempts at contributing titles (either with or without cover art) will sit for a while, then comes back with a "time out" error. I've tried to engage with support over email, but they eventually just stopped responding :-( BTW, it's still happening--just now I tried to contribute the new "Motel Hell" 4K UHD Blu-ray that came out from Shout Factory, and I got the same time out error.
