I have many boxed sets that include a variety of movies. Sometimes i would like to see them distributed alphabetically regardless of the collection they are in.

Either a global option to ignore "Sort" allowing the child titles to be distributed alphabetically, or some options to trigger this on a per box personal preference to avoid degradation of the properly submitted boxes.

For example, a collection of sequels in a box i may want to always appear together, but a 10 movie random collection has no need to remain together and can make the collection display confusing.

Ok i have an alternate suggestion.

Blu-Ray .com uses 2 different lists to display you your movies. You can view the media you own or you can view the movies you own. Each have their merits and i can now see why sometimes i would want to view it by movie and sometimes by disc.

For someone that has no multiple movies on one disc, both lists would look very similar one having the dvd cover and the other utilizing either the cover or the actual movie art.

However someone with multiple boxed sets of various movies, the "movies you iwn" list would be significantly longer and contain all movies alphabetically. Vs all discs alphabetically.
