I tried to search with the IMDB-ID but it doesn‘t work too.
I got the same error message.
It was for the IMDB-ID tt0075259.

I guess one's results may vary. I was able search by tt0075259 without issue just now. Only having trouble when attempting to search by title name, i.e. Spy Story.

after this error, change the title to the IMDB code tt1234567 it's working this way for me

I just noticed that indeed, impossible to search with the IMDB identification or even by title, there is the error message each time. Is there a way to fix this?

I should have mentioned the updated DLL available in the thread here. Great to hear you're able to successfully perform a search by IMDB ID now. At the time the updated DLL restored the ability to search by IMDB ID or title name. Of course the IMDB website has since been updated, the ability to search by title name being broke again. Thankfully the search by IMDB ID still works. Hopefully we'll see a new DLL made available in the near future that will allow for performing a search by title name once again.

I have the "imdb.com.net2.0.dll"... But still error message (with IMDB ID): Any suggestions?

Not sure what to advise, fxsavini. I checked my installation again for good measure. Nothing has changed. I'm still only getting the error when attempting a search by title name. I was able to download the IMDB data for "tt4281724" without issue just now. That being said, I'm still on My Movies 4.07. Perhaps others will chime in that are running later versions of My Movies.

I have the same problem with the search for the IMDB ID. I'm using My Movies 5.31. so it may be possible, that the old fix isn't working on this version anymore.
