Problems after updating to myMovies 5

Hi,
I just updated from „myMovies 4 pro“ to „myMovie 5 pro“ on my IPad. After synchronising all entries, I end up with a problem.

With myMovies 4 I have 3562 entries with myMovies 5 it shows „3562 (3821)“ - no filters are active all childs and parents are active.

Where does the number 3821 come from?
What are those additional 259 titles?
I know that 3562 is the correct number of titles in my database…

Can somebody please help me find the solution?

The 3821 sounds high, because there are specifically 3562 titels on the account - the (3821) is the total amount of titles - v5 introduced a "Count As" where titles containing multiple movies can be counted as that number.

The next update will have a filter to filter by this - then I suggest we look at that.

I had the same issue and was directed to this post, so merging these two threads together. Has this been fixed yet?

My Total Collection Title count still seems incorrect. I have read the pop up note that explains the two title counts are different because of what is displayed versus what is actually in my account. But the second number of what is "actually in my account" seems wrong and I am not sure where that number is coming from.

I have turned on all child titles and box set parents, am showing all discs of tv shows, and am displaying all groups. So I know I have turned everything on.

So now (totals updated to account for added titles since my last post) my collection definitely has 4639 titles and the second number shows (4721).

My online account shows 4639 titles. Also iOS Version 4 Pro and Android Version 4 Pro show 4639. I also have a separate excel spreadsheet for my collection and that also has 4639...

So where is the 4721 coming from?
