So I had initially purchased the Android version of MM and decided to install the Windows Collection Management Client, and there are a number of issues I encountered.

- It took nearly 5 HOURS to synchronize 383 titles. I imagine that this is a pretty small collection compared to some folks on here so I'm not sure how they manage to sync their collections (must take weeks for some of them?)

- The client hangs constantly. If I right-click on a title for example, noting appears to happen, and when I click on something else I get the "(Not Responding)" application title modifier. If I click the Filter icon on the left, I get the same behavior. Pretty much any action requires me to wait 15-20 seconds for anything to happen, and even then sometimes nothing does, and there's no indicator whether anything should have.

- Scrolling down a title to the Cast and Crew has no thumbnails and no apparent way to retreive them.

- Add Title, wait 10-12 seconds for the window to appear. I'm trying to add a Digital title to my collection -- By Title, type in the title (Soylent Green) and click Search. This takes 15 seconds to bring anything back, while somehow the Android version comes back in about 3-4 seconds.

Try to disable that completely and see if that makes a difference.

Your solution is to completely disable antivirus? Not even a specific directory or FQDN exemption? Just shut it off completely?

Additionally, when I try to view a trailer within a title, it tries to open Internet Explorer (!) which hasn't been used in Windows 11 in over a year.
