I'm attempting to manually change the collection number on a title. I right click the title, choose "Edit personal information", change the col. number and hit "OK", but nothing happens. The collection number remains the same as it was before. The same thing happens if I try to change any of the other personal information (e.g. Watched, Count As, Purchased). It just doesn't record any of the changes.

Anyone have any ideas?

Apologies, this looks to have been a false alarm. For whatever reason, the full disc few wasn't loading so I wasn't getting the "Save Title" button once I came out of Personal Data. It's now loading correctly and the issue is resolved.
