Having an issue with adding one specific new title

There is one specific title, Despicable Me 3, that I am having trouble adding to my collection. For some reason, this title causes the progress bar to stay in a hung state. I have tried several options, but they all result in the same outcome. I don't know why this specific title is causing an issue. I am attaching a log file, so would appreciate any input on what I need to fix on my end.

Wanted to see if you found something on your end with the barcode that I posted per your request. I just tried adding the title again and the app hung again. I am actually not sure if this is specific to the release I own as I deleted it and then tried to just add the title from the search to my library.
