As I understand it, when this program is used on a Windows PC, you are shown what profiles have been updated when you synchronise your database, and can choose which ones to accept which ones not to
From my limited experience so far, this doesn't seem to be the case with macOS, so could it be added as a feature?
Additionally, I'm not sure whether this is the case or not, but are sort treated as global data (like titles, aspect ratio, and audio tracks) or personal data (like purchase place and the amount paid?)
As no two people will arrange their entertainment catalogue in the same way, I would prefer it to be in the latter category.
