I get that things are going to be buggy while you're trying to roll out a new upgrade for iOS, but what is going on? It seems like a new bug pops up every day for me.

The IMDb import is still not working, and now all my Filters have been erased. I'm still having the issues with deleting titles and cleaning up others, I sent in emails to get assistance, but nothing has been resolved.

I've been super patient and supportive all these years with this app, but it's starting to become a job to use it, which is insane as it's a subscription based model now. How is it the more I pay for this app, the buggier it gets?

Your filters on iOS, Android or Windows?

The IMDB import is going to be fixed, but it is not a simple thing, and we do not have time prioritising it until after the release of version 6 on iOS.

I checked your user client, and expect you are referring to Android on the filters?

The fact that we are working on a new version on iOS is not in any way affecting the Android app.

I can see your filters in the stored preferences in the online service - please click synchronise on the settings page, and let me know if you can see them?

Yeah, it's on Android I'm having the issue. I just tried synchronizing from the settings and they're still not there.

I think it is something we need to try to review and see - my guess would be that the app at some point received an error page or similar from the service, and instead of not handling would have cleared the filters, but it is only a guess.

The issue you had with a title where you could not contribute it due to it saying it may not have the parent type changes have been identified also - if a title contains both a 4K, Blu-ray and DVD, it always should be a 4K title primarily, and others are marked as options - same with Blu-ray with DVD, which has to be Blu-ray primarily - it appears that some titles added by our moderators from their web client could have lead to a Blu-ray+DVD title having the primary type set as DVD, and this is causing it.

We have corrected the profiles in the service that are affected, but have not yet found and fixed where it occurs, so it potentially can pop back.

It is rather limited though, there were around 100 titles affected in the service overall.
