Hi wlyon,

is this a new new install or a new where its restored the db?

i had the same issue on my WSE 2012R2 after the os become corrupted due to a power loss.

if you can use a remote collection management instance try clearing your DB, i did that on mine as i had a few issues, and given that fact that the database i have been using has been around for several years (think windows home server r2) it was time in my mind for a brand new db

Hi,
This is a new installation with an empty database. I am getting the error when I click on „Synchronize“ to import the data from my online database. My collection is currently maintained through the iOS app on my iPad/iPhone.
Thanks again.
