Hello
I have an issue with the blu-ray "la bête", barcode : 3333299303628.
(This title is a personal title created by myself, so I can't send an incorrect data report.)
Each time I tried to contribute title data and cover I have an error telling me another title already exists with that barcode in that country... but the only contribution was mine and in my software the title remains as a personal title...
Can you help me with this contribution please ?

Hi, This is a personal title in your collection, where a title with the same barcode already exists in the online service - therefore you cannot contribute it - if you would like the title from the online service, you should remove this one and add it from the service. If you are just looking to update the title as a personal title, you just click save - you do not contribute it.

If you are just looking to update the title as a personal title, you just click save - you do not contribute it. Hello It's weird, because when I created it, the Blu-ray with this barcode did not exist... Maybe someone contribute it the same time as me ?

This is a misunderstanding I think, your personal title creations appear in a search by yourself I believe so when you search you are finding and adding your personal title.
The issue is I suspect that you don't see any other entry but that one does in fact already exist on the webservice hence you are blocked from contributing the personal title which would convert it to a web service title.
The likely cause of this looking at the cover is I suspect someone has ticked the 'adult' marker on the existing entry, quite possibly wrongly, you cannot see titles marked with the adult flag unless you have enabled parental controls and set them to show. The adult flag is actually meant for titles that would be 'pornography' not simply something with adult themes but users do have a bad habit of setting the mark incorrectly.
I am away from home and can't check it at the moment but I think it very likely if you enable parental controls and set adult marked items to show you will find a version does already exist on the web service you just can't see it due to the adult marker.
