Click on the "TITLE" drop-down menu header, immediately to the right of the "FILE" menu, and select either Contribute Data, Contribute Covers or Contribute Data and Covers. I am not at my desk or I would capture a screen shot to show it clearly.

No.
At the very top right of the window, underneath the title "My Movies - Collection Management" is the set of drop down menus, from left to right, labeled File, Title, Collection, WebService, Tools, Help.
Click on "Title" and choose the appropriate Contribution item. Again, I am not at my desktop so I cannot send you a screenshot of that action.
