I entered the barcode and data for the 4-film collection of Ghostbusters. (Ghostbusters 1984, Ghostbusters 2, Ghostbusters 2016, Ghostbusters: Afterlife)
I'd marked it as a box set, but I guess that was wrong as it was rejected.

It's 4 discs in a "single disc" sized Keep Case HD, Low case.

If this is not supposed to be a box set, how do I classify this as a 4 full movies, in the one case?

Is there a better way I should classify this for the submission to count?

What do you mean by 'marked it as a box set'? There is not really a way to mark an item as a box set except contributing the full box set.

Contributing the full box set is what makes the item a box set on the service. If you tried to contribute the full box set but it was rejected that implies your attempt did not correctly follow the contribution rules for box sets. The rejection message would likely have given some indication of the reason for the rejection and what you need to change to get the contribution accepted.

If you mean you set the case type as box then that is not correct, that means the case type is literally a box it has nothing to do with being a box set.

I don't think I explained it well.

The "box set" I was trying to upload is this one:

The box set option I'm talking about is the "Box Set:" button in the Windows app

It was rejected due to "Child titles are lacking covers." although in this scenario there are no child title covers, as it's just 4 discs in the one case.

What I was trying to ask was, "How do I correctly classify this collection of movies in the one case?"

Given this is a single case box set you would simply use the same covers on the parent and all 4 child profiles. Contributing with the child covers blank/empty will get rejected.

Ah, ok. Thanks! I'll give that a go.
