I have a problem after doing the 5.4.1 update.

Edition - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Version 22H2
OS build 19045.5796

Operating system is fully up to date with all available patches and fixes.

After install, I created a new database and then sync'd it to the online database. After it completes, there is no visible information on screen. If I use the search box and start typing a film name it show a thumb nail image and the title of the film but upon clicking on the result it reveals nothing.

I have also done a clean install of 5.4.1, using your tool to take off SQL Server and then do a fresh install, with the same results.

Can you help please.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Since then I have managed to sort the problem out. It appears that the clean tool didn't appear to work correctly on my system. So I manually went through deleting all traces of the software and any reference to the company. Then after a thorough clean up of registry entries etc, I installed v5.4.1 and ran windows update which applied an SQL update. After which I started the software and it asked me to log in with my username and password, something it had not done before and then after inputting the details it automatically started to sync with my on-line database. Everything is there and fully visible.

Regards

I had the same issue, coming from the 5.41 latest Beta (5.4.1.5). I also had to do a complete uninstallation and cleanup to get it working again.
