Hi,

I’m using My Movies for iOS on my iPhone

I’ve run into two issues and would really appreciate some help:

1. Collection shows two different title counts (786 / 870)

In the side menu under “Collection” the app shows:

786 (870)

I don’t understand what these two numbers mean.
I assumed it would just show the total number of titles in my collection, but obviously they represent different counts.
• What exactly do 786 and 870 stand for?
• Is one of them filtered items, online titles, offline titles, or something else?
• How can I see a clear, single total of all titles in my collection?

2. Unable to add movies via search – always “No results”

When I try to add new movies through the app (searching by title), I now always get “No results”, even for very common titles that definitely exist in the online database.
• Is this a known issue at the moment?
• Are there any server problems or regional restrictions?
• Do I need to change any settings (country, filters, account settings, etc.)?

My internet connection is fine and other apps work without problems.
This used to work normally before – the problem only started recently.

Thanks a lot in advance for any help or clarification!
