At the time you register a new account to use with My Movies for Android, our server sends an activation e-mail that must be used to activate your account. As our servers send many of these nearly identical e-mails, it is not uncommon for them to be caught by spam filters.
If you did not receive your account activation e-mail within ten minutes of registering, we suggest that you check your spam filters, and if the e-mail cannot be found here either, edit your spam filter settings to accept all e-mails from email@example.com. Having edited your spam filter settings, you can use the lost account function to have the system send you another activation e-mail.
Have you gone through these steps, and still have not received your activation e-mail, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org - be sure to send your e-mail from the e-mail you are registered with.
