Hi,
I post here, and I hope it's the good place
Here are the problems I encountered
1 - I try to rip 2 DVD's published in 2012, using MyMovies Dashboard 5.21 + a Nimbie USB+ and an Intel PC I5 (8 years old) running on Windows 10
First thing I noted is that I have a message that tell me the MyMovies General Services are Stopped, so every CD will be ejected
So I verify in Windows Services, and MyMovies General Services was effectively stopped
Well, I lauched them, closed the Dashboard and restart hit
The 2 DVD have been recognized by My Movies (of course, I've installed on the same PC a licence of
AnyDVD*)
First DVD Has been ripped (The Canterburry Tales) , but the second has been ejected without any reason (The Decameron - Pier Paolo Pasolini from the trilogy); the film isn't in ma collection; have you any ID why this DVD couldn't be ripped normaly ?
2 - I rip the DVD in ISO
When I try to read the DVD (The Canterburry Tales) with VLC there was errors while reading the film; and there is no image displayed, nor menu available...?
NB : I haved installed MyMovies 5.41 in Client Server mode on my PC; I use a Synology NAS to locate my collection, and when I rip, I have access to the network, and the reportory on my NAS via Ethernet (RJ45 on my Fiber BOX)
PS : I ask myself if choosing the ISO format was the best format choice ? Plus, I haven't test movie cannot be played by VLC on another ISO film player
I also noticed that, when I start my PC (after complete shut down), the MyMovies General Services were stopped
Thank You for your support
