I have this program on my tablet that has experienced a screen problem, and I can't get it to work. Since I own over 5500 actual DVDs and they are all in My Movies collection, I figured that I needed to add the program to my desktop computer so I can still work with it. I downloaded the new version, brought it up and tried to find my collection of movies. I thought I found it and tried to bring them into the new version on the desktop. I managed to bring over about 2800, but don't seem to be able to bring them all. Then it says that I need to synchronize, so I do. But that never finishes because of some data error. It will also not let me try and add the movies that it did not bring over manually. I am really at a loss, because it is such an extensive collection of mine. Any sugestions would help, just please try not to get too technical because I am a 75-year-old with not much computer knowledge.
