Hi, I'm fairly new at this so I apologise if this is a stupid question.

I have downloaded the latest version of the My Movie Collection Management app onto my windows pc but every time I try and sync my collection it fails and a message saying "There was a problem storing data into the internal database - synchronisation aborted." pops up. How do I fix this?

My pc is up to date, 64 bit and I have not changed any settings in the app. I opened the application from that start menu and pressed sync.
