My Movies issue trying to add World Trade Center (2006) DVD (Barcode: 097361199542) to Collection Manager


1. Version of My Movies is 5.41
2. What operating system are you running Windows 11 with all latest patches/updates.
3. X64 version of Windows
4. What versions of .NET Framework do you have installed .NET Core Runtime 3.1.32.31915 (x64)
5. Security software suite - Windows Defender
6. Machine fully up-to date with all Microsoft provided patches
7. What part of My Movies are you having problems with - Collection Manager
8. Whether I try to add it by inserting it into DVD player, adding by Barcode, etc., it fails at the point in the image attached. I have let it sit for more than 10 minutes to see if it will ever complete, but it doesn't. I eventually have to close the My Movies - Collection Manager window.
